Meat Market - Boca Raton: Premier Steakhouses, Sushi Bars, and Seafood in FL

I had dinner here three nights in a row over the course of a hotel stay. The first two nights we were able to make it downstairs grab a seat at the outdoor bar during happy hour. What an absolute value and the bartenders were spot on. The third night I went downstairs solo and grabbed a stool at the inside bar and it probably took 20 minutes before anyone acknowledge me. When they did finally, I believe it was when one of my female coworkers joined me for a drink, ( we both believed she was the reason ) I ordered a burger to take back to the room, the glorious life of a road warrior, the food was tasty and honestly a great value for a restaurant attached to a hotel.

Great food. Great service. Beautiful restaurant. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the kitchen cut them up on a board for us since we wanted to try a few cuts and share. Highly recommend the Jacks Creek ribeye; it was our favorite

We attended in a larger group 8 on total. We were seated outside on the patio. The service provided by the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was exactly as we ordered everything. Portion size was generous and not too much. The cocktails however could be a little better in terms of composition and alcoholic content. The dessert menu had just enough options. My only complaint is about the flies on the patio it was tough to enjoy your meal without having to swat flies. That needs to be addressed in order to improve the overall atmosphere. I would 9.5/10 recommend.

Went to Meat Market in Boca Raton to celebrate a birthday and it did not disappoint. The first thing I have to point out is the service. To be honest some of the best I’ve had in a while. My waitress was super attentive, friendly, and made the night feel special without ever being pushy or over the top. The restaurant itself has a very trendy, upscale feel. Definitely a place where you can dress up a little and enjoy the vibe. It feels lively but not chaotic, so it works well for both a celebration or even a nice dinner out. Food-wise, the steak was solid and cooked the way I like it. Everything was plated nicely and tasted fresh. While the food was very good, I’d say the service is what really put it over the top for me. Overall the kind of place I’d come back to. Great atmosphere, great staff, and a solid menu to match. Perfect for a special occasion, but also just a cool spot if you’re in the mood for a quality night out in Boca.

Dining at The Meat Market was a real treat and truly lives up to its reputation. The meat was incredibly juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The drinks were perfectly crafted, and the desserts were simply delicious. Joyce, our server, was phenomenal, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. The atmosphere was impressive as well, beautifully decorated for Halloween and adding a festive touch to an already memorable experience.

Five-Star Experience at The Meat Market – Thanks to Megan! We had an incredible evening at The Meat Market in Boca Raton, and Megan, our waitress, truly made it unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she exceeded our expectations with her warmth, professionalism, and spot-on menu suggestions. Even with the restaurant buzzing and packed, Megan was attentive, gracious, and completely in control—making sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Her service was easily among the best we’ve had in a long time. She brought a genuine energy to the table that elevated the entire experience. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the overall vibe was just right. And we can’t forget the grand finale: their chocolate chip cookie stuffed with Nutella—served warm, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and paired with a glass of milk. Totally off the charts. That dessert alone is worth the visit. We left happy, full, and already planning our return. Highly recommend!

The steak was outstanding—perfectly prepared and top quality. The seafood appetizers were fresh, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the meal, and the sides were just as impressive and well thought out. The staff helped us with everything and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, including excellent wine recommendations that complemented the food perfectly. Our waiter, Etan, deserves the most credit and was truly the star of the night. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The place itself is magnificent and spotless. It’s extremely clean, welcoming, and you can tell everyone genuinely wants to help and make sure you have a great experience. Highly recommended.

The entire evening was great starting from the moment my wife and I were greeted at the door. The staff was amazing which reminded me of the days before COVID (prior to 2020). These days prices are higher and the service is worse than ever. The Meat Market threw all of that out the window. The food was well prepared exactly as we ordered it (steaks at the correct temperature), it was well seasoned, and the portions were respectable. The staff attended to everyone in the restaurant as if we were all movie stars. There was no need to look for a waiter or waitress they were there when you needed them. They changed out plates and forks on cue and filled drinks before they were empty with a need to stare down a waiter/waitress for a refill. If it wasn't for the cream of spinach being more watery than creamy, the food rating would receive 5 stars. If you miss great service and good food stop by the Meat Market.
